January 25, 2022 – Harris County Commissioners Court approved an amendment to the Joint Funding Structure between the Flood Control District and the Harris County Engineering Department for this project.

February 26, 2021 – Harris County Commissioners Court authorized a joint funding structure between the Flood Control District and Harris County Engineering Department for this project.

Project Description

A partnership project with the Harris County Engineering Department, the Kowis Street Improvements Project is intended to improve the roadway and drainage.

Location

The drainage improvements will occur on Kowis Street from Halls Bayou to James Driver Park.
